Commercial and HOA
Commercial Pet Waste Removal for HOAs and Communities
Common-area scooping and pet waste station service for HOAs, apartment communities, and property managers across Montgomery County. We start with a free site visit and a written plan with options.

How commercial service works
From first call to ongoing visits, here is what to expect.
Schedule a free consultation
Text or call to set up a free consultation. Whether you are a property manager, HOA board member, or part of a neighborhood committee, we can help keep your community clean, safe, and enjoyable for residents and their pets.
Site visit and evaluation
Depending on the size of your community, we walk the property to identify problem areas, review common paths and lawn areas, and listen to your concerns. For smaller properties, or if you already know exactly where the issues are, we can often quote without a visit, but we are always happy to come out in person.
Custom pet waste management plan
Once we understand your property, we put together a complimentary plan for your community. It typically includes recommended locations for dog waste stations, approximate square footage of common areas that need regular cleaning, and a suggested service frequency to get the problem under control.
Approve your proposal and start service
Our proposals usually include multiple options to fit different budgets and service levels. Pick the one that works for your community, approve it, and we schedule your property. If new waste stations are needed, we call in utility locates, order the supplies, and handle installation.
Ongoing cleaning and station maintenance
On each visit we remove dog waste from common areas and pick up any small trash that fits in our scooping buckets. If station maintenance is included, we empty and remove bagged waste, refill the bag dispensers, clean a 10-foot radius around each station, and let you know about any damage or vandalism that needs attention.
What we handle for communities
- Scheduled scooping of lawns, trails, dog parks, and other common areas
- Small trash pickup along the way, anything that fits in our buckets
- Pet waste station emptying, bag refills, and a clean 10-foot radius around each station
- New station placement recommendations, ordering, utility locates, and installation. See our HOA pet waste station page for counts, placement, and costs.
- A heads-up when we see damage, vandalism, or anything that needs your attention
Commercial FAQs
Why Stellar Pet Cleanup vs other pooper scoopers?
We are a local, owner-operated team based in Magnolia, and the person who answers your text is the same team that scoops your yard. Every visit we bag everything, haul it off site so it is not sitting in your trash, and send you a photo of the closed gate when we are done. There are no contracts, your first cleanup is free, and if you are ever not happy with a clean, that clean is on us.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
We bag everything we pick up and haul it away with us. Nothing is left in your trash can, so there is no bag sitting in the bin all week attracting flies.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes. We scoop year-round, Monday through Friday, rain or 100 degrees. Summer heat speeds up odor and flies, so regular service matters most then, and winter visits keep the yard ready for the first nice weekend.
