2. Site Visit and Evaluation

Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk your property to identify problem areas, review common paths and lawn areas, and listen to your concerns. For smaller properties, or if you already know exactly where the issues are, we can often provide an accurate quote without an on-site visit, but we are always happy to come out in person.

3. Custom Pet Waste Management Plan
 

After we understand your property and needs, our professional pooper scoopers create a complimentary pet waste management plan for your community. This plan typically includes:

• Recommended locations for dog waste stations

• Approximate square footage of common areas that need regular cleaning

• Suggested service frequency to reduce and control dog waste issues

4. Approving Your Proposal and Starting Service

Our proposals usually include multiple options designed to fit different budgets and service levels. Once you select the option that works best for your community, simply approve the proposal and we will schedule your property for service. If new dog waste stations are needed, our team will call in utility locates, place the order for supplies, and handle installation.

5. Ongoing Cleaning and Station Maintenance

During each visit, our team removes dog waste from common areas and picks up any small trash that fits in our scooping buckets. If dog waste station maintenance is included, we will:

• Empty and remove bagged waste

• Refill dog waste bags

• Clean a 10 foot radius around each station

• Notify you of any damage, vandalism, or issues that need attention
