How Do I Pay?
 

We use a secure client portal where payment is processed. If you signed up through the instant quote button on our website, your account was created automatically. If you signed up with the help of a Stellar Pet Cleanup representative, we will create an account for you and send login details to your email.
Inside the portal, you will have access to:
•    All invoices and payment receipts
•    Records of past cleanups
•    Options to update payment methods
Once your card is linked, invoices will be automatically processed, and you will receive receipts by email.
Important: Your card must be linked before we arrive at your property. If your card is not connected, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, your cleanup will be rescheduled for the next available date. During busy seasons, this could result in a significant delay.

How We Bill
 

For most residential customers, Stellar Pet Cleanup bills on a fixed monthly amount that is charged on the 1st of each month. This flat amount is based on your number of dogs and service frequency, and is designed to cover all scheduled visits in that month, including months with either 4 or 5 weeks.

Recurring Services (Default)
• Your card on file is charged a fixed monthly amount on the 1st of the month.
• The amount stays the same each month unless you change your service level (for example, number of dogs or frequency) or we notify you in advance of a price adjustment.
• If you start service mid-month, your first invoice may be prorated based on your start date.

Per-Visit Billing by Request
In some cases, and only if we mutually agree, we may bill after each service is completed instead of using the flat monthly billing. In that case, your payment method on file will be charged following each visit, and a receipt will be emailed to you.

Initial or One-Time Cleanups
Initial cleanups and one-time services are billed at the time of service, and payment is due when the work is completed.

All recurring services require a valid payment method on file so we can process payments automatically and avoid interruption of service.

Late Payments, Fees, and Pause of Service
Payment is due on the date listed on your invoice. For most customers, this is the 1st of each month when we charge your fixed monthly amount. For customers on per-visit billing, payment is due on the date each service is completed and invoiced.

An invoice is considered past due if it is not paid within 7 days of the invoice date or if a scheduled automatic payment is declined and not successfully processed within 7 days.

​

If your account becomes 7 or more days past due, a late fee of 10 dollars may be added to your account. We may also apply simple interest at a rate of up to 1.5 percent per month (18 percent per year) on any unpaid balance until it is paid in full, as permitted by applicable law.

​

If your account becomes more than 14 days past due, or your outstanding balance exceeds 60 dollars, Stellar Pet Cleanup may pause service until the account is brought current. Once payment has been received and processed, regular service will resume on the next available route day.

​

If a payment is declined, returned, or reversed, you agree that we may charge a returned payment fee up to the amount charged to us by our bank or payment processor, in addition to any late fees or interest that may apply.

Stellar Pet Cleanup reserves the right to send seriously delinquent accounts to collections or pursue other lawful remedies if balances remain unpaid.

What Time Will You Arrive?
 

Our routes run from 7 AM until dark. Because we optimize for efficiency, we cannot provide exact appointment times.
You will always receive a text notification about 30 minutes before arrival. Early route stops may receive only 15–30 minutes’ notice to avoid unnecessary early-morning texts.
Your scoop day will be the same each week unless otherwise communicated in advance.

Do I Need To Be Home?
 

No, you do not need to be home. We only ask for:
•    Clear access to your gate
•    Dogs be inside and any doggy-doors locked 
We can clean with dogs in the yard if they are non-aggressive. Once complete, we send a photo of your closed gate for your records.
If your dogs are new to our team, please let us know if you’d like an introduction while you’re home.

What If My Service Day Falls on a Holiday?
 

If your service day lands on a major holiday, we will skip that week and remove the additional waste on your next scheduled visit. You will still be charged since there will be two weeks of accumulation.

Do You Disinfect Equipment?
 

Yes. We disinfect all equipment after each cleanup with a safe, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.

Do You Take The Waste Away?
 

Yes! Stellar Pet Cleanup hauls the waste away with us after each service so you don’t have to deal with it. Our team securely bags the waste, loads it into our disposal containers, and ensures it is properly discarded.
If you prefer that we leave the waste on-site (for example, in your outdoor trash receptacle), just let us know and we’ll follow your instructions.

Children Under 13
 

Stellar Pet Cleanup does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the changes.
