Magnolia yards are not Woodlands yards. They are bigger, they have horses next door, and the dogs tend to come in pairs (or packs). Our standard plans cover the whole area your dogs use, not just a fenced square, and our sanitizer add-on is kennel-grade, the same class of disinfectant used by vets and boarding facilities, which matters when you have multiple dogs sharing ground.

Most of the homes we scoop out here sit on a half acre or more, and plenty are on two, three, or five acres with a barn, a shop, and a dog or two that treat the whole place as theirs. That changes how a cleanup works. On a quarter-acre lot in a master-planned community, the waste is in one fenced rectangle and a quick pass finds all of it. On acreage, the dogs have favorite spots: along the fence line where the neighbor’s horses walk, under the trees by the shop, around the back porch, and in the strip between the house and the pasture gate. We learn those spots on the first visit and check them every time after that, so nothing gets missed just because it is not in the “backyard.”

How a Magnolia cleanup works

Your first visit is the big one. We walk the property with you if you are home, or on our own if you are not, and we clear everything that has built up. That first cleanup is free, no strings, so you can see how we work before you decide anything. After that we come back on your route day, weekly or every other week, scoop and bag what is new, haul it off with us, and text you a photo of the closed gate on the way out. You do not need to be home. A gate code or a note about where the dogs will be is all we need.

Billing is simple. We keep a card on file and charge after each completed visit, so you are never paying ahead for service you have not gotten yet. There is no contract. If you are traveling, or the dogs are staying with family for a week, just let us know and we will skip that visit.

The FM 1488 and FM 2978 corridor

Our office is on Honea Egypt Road, right off FM 1488, which means the 1488 and 2978 corridor is the backbone of our Magnolia route rather than an afterthought at the end of somebody else’s. From the FM 1774 side of downtown Magnolia out to The Woodlands border, and down 2978 toward the Tomball line, we are already driving past most of these neighborhoods several days a week. That matters for two reasons. First, it keeps our pricing where it is even on bigger lots, because we are not burning an hour of drive time to reach you. Second, it means when something comes up, a loose gate, a dog that got out, a one-time cleanup before a party, we can usually get to you the same day or the next.

Why regular scooping matters more on acreage

Two or three dogs on a couple of acres can feel like less of a problem than one dog on a small lot, because the waste is spread out. It is not less of a problem, it is just harder to see. Waste that sits in tall grass or along a fence line breaks down slowly, draws flies, and washes toward the low spots and any pond or drainage ditch every time it rains. It also spreads parasites between dogs, and between your dogs and the neighbors’ animals, which is the main reason vets and boarding facilities use the kind of sanitizer we offer. A weekly pass keeps all of that in check, and it keeps the areas your family actually uses, the porch, the fire pit, the path to the barn, clean enough to walk barefoot.
