Willis is on the route, not off the end of it
Willis sits at the top of Montgomery County, and a lot of services treat it that way, as the far end of a Conroe route that gets skipped when the day runs long. We built our route the other direction. Our Montgomery and Lake Conroe days already run FM 1097 and FM 830 along the north shore, so The Woodlands Hills, Seven Coves, and Corinthian Point are stops we are passing anyway. That is why Willis customers pay the same $21 weekly rate as everyone else, and why we can usually add a new address to an existing day within the week.
The Woodlands Hills and the new-build yard
The Woodlands Hills is where most of our Willis customers live, and it has a particular kind of yard: fresh sod, a builder-grade fence, a gate that sticks or swings, and a lot of trees left standing on purpose. The forest-first layout is great for shade and terrible for spotting waste, because it hides under leaf litter along the fence line. We comb those edges rather than just sweeping the open lawn. We also latch the gate with care and send you the photo, because a builder gate that does not catch is the most common way a dog gets out in a new neighborhood.

Lakefront on the north shore
Seven Coves, Corinthian Point, Point Aquarius, and Water Crest on Lake Conroe are the Willis side of the lake, and they have the lake-house quirks: weekend schedules, guard gates, lawns that run down to a bulkhead, and stormwater that goes straight into the water. We time visits before your weekend if you are not here full time, and we get the waste off the property so it is not washing into the lake with the next storm. Acreage along 1097 and 830
Between the subdivisions, Willis is still country. Two or three dogs on a few acres off FM 1097, Longstreet Road, or out toward Texas National have favorite spots, along the fence where the neighbor’s animals walk, around the shop, under the trees by the porch. We learn those on the first visit and check them every time after. Acreage and five-plus-dog properties get a fair quote by text, usually the same day.

Our Woodlands Hills yard is new sod behind a builder fence. Anything we should know?
New-build yards are most of our Willis week. We scoop around the soft spots, latch the gate carefully because builder gates can stick, and let you know if the fence has a gap a dog could use.
Can you get into Seven Coves or Point Aquarius?
Yes. Add us to your visitor list or give us the gate procedure at signup and we handle it every visit after that.
