Two kinds of Montgomery yard
Montgomery has two personalities, and we scoop both. Woodforest, Kresston, Lake Creek Ranch, and The Hills of Town Creek are master-planned or newer-build lots with fenced backyards, fresh sod, and builder-grade gates that sometimes need a firm hand to latch. Out along FM 149, FM 1097, and the roads between them, Montgomery is still acreage: a house, a shop, a fence line shared with somebody’s horses, and two or three dogs that roam all of it.
On the small lots the job is about consistency, because one dog on a quarter acre makes a mess by the weekend. On acreage the job is about knowing the spots.
